Located in the heart of Owings Mills, MD, Cradock Estates is a beautiful neighborhood comprised of 106 single-family homes. Section 1 of the neighborhood, those houses without garages, was built in 1988, and Section 2, those houses with garages, was built in 1990.
Our vibrant and active community includes families with both young and older children, singles and married couples, and neighbors of all ages. Our community hosts a number of neighborhood events each year, including a dessert food truck in the spring and fall, a community block part in the summer, dumpster days provided by Baltimore County, yard sales, and more.
Our neighborhood is walking distance to Valley Village Shopping Center, which is the home to restaurants, a pizza shop, dessert shops, a liquor store, and more.
